Your documents are very secure in FileEazy! Unauthorized access is prevented by comprehensive login attempt protection which an administrator can defined in the Settings. For e.g., the administrator can:

Users are assigned rights and privileges based on the departments or groups. Users are assigned Roles to perform administrative functions and access rights define the permissions to access modify and delete documents.

You can also encrypt your selected documents so that even if someone has access to your hard-drive they will not be able to open your critical and confidential documents.

Additionally, FileEazy! runs on a secure server with SSL certification, has XSS protection, CRPF protection.

Your documents are very secure in FileEazy! Unauthorized access is prevented by comprehensive login attempt protection. User IDs and Passwords are encrypted and stored in the database. You can choose your critical and confidential documents to be encrypted. FileEazy! uses industry standard AES encryption mechanism. So that even if someone has access to your hard-drive they will not be able to open your critical and confidential documents.

FileEazy! is built with security and confidentiality in mind. You can provide role based access to your users and decide who has the access to add, edit, view, download documents in FileEazy! What is more, the users activities are tracked too so that the administrator can know who did what and when.

FileEazy! keeps track of all the actions from the point of login to until the user is logged out. FileEazy! even keeps track of login failures, the IP Address and Geo location from where the user has logged in or tried to log in.
